“Eye Got This” is based on the notion that if you are diligent and methodical with the training you provide your new hire during their first several weeks, it will pay off tremendously in the long run. The manual assumes that:
You need your new hire to sell in a way that not only acts in the best interest of your patients, but also increases your bottom line.
Your practice is in-network with VSP and/or EyeMed.
The new hire’s tasks will include scheduling, making sense of VSP and EyeMed benefits, submitting claims, selling contacts & glasses, and dispensing.
You have done your due diligence in hiring, ensuring that your new hire is personable, excited to learn, and able to follow directions.
“Eye Got This” includes weekly quizzes to hold your new hire accountable, with a total of 200+ quiz questions. It takes practice differences into account by including multiple stopping points, whereby the new hire will need to ask office-specific questions.
